This site is a division of Resense ApS, a company incorporated in Denmark and Seoul, whose registered office is Vestergade 12a, 1456 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Our registration number is CVR: 31167760. The following terms and conditions listed below apply between you and Sort of Coal for the sale and purchase of the items purchased through this site. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in the event of changes having been applied.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Sort of Coal/Rensense ApS aim to ensure that the pricing of products on the web pages are correct at all times, however, this site may not accurately reflect the correct details at the moment at which your order is placed. Sort of Coal/Rensense ApS cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted and reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Availability of Goods
Information on the availability of any given product is listed by each individual product. All items are typically despatched within 5 working days. In the event that we have insufficient stock to deliver the required goods, your credit card will not be charged until your order is despatched.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
Our Contract
A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we send you an email confirming that we have despatched the product(s) to you. This email shall represent our legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been despatched, those product(s) that have not been despatched will not form part of our contract with you. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (1) accept such change (in which case your email reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon notification of despatch) or (2) reject such change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Sort of Coal/Rensense ApS will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.) Shipping
Deliveries through Sort of Coal’s webshop are handled either by Post Danmark or in some circumstances DSV for larger deliveries. We ship to addresses within EU and USA. All deliveries are sent as either ‘Maxibrev’ (large letters) or ‘Postpakke’ (parcels). Half palettes are sent by DVS. All deliveries can be tracked via Post Danmark’s website. Track-and-trace reference numbers are sent via email when the package is dispatched.
Deliveries within Denmark cost 20 kroner/2.7 Euro per ‘Maxibrev’ (large letter 0-1000 g) and 65 kroner/8.7 Euro per ‘Forsigtigpakke’ (fragile parcel over 2000 g) Selection of delivery method is made by Sort of Coal according to weight and, in some circumstances, the fragility of the package.
Returns
In accordance with Danish law, you as a consumer, have the right to claim lack of conformity for a two year period after purchase. Sort of Coal products are of the highest quality yet products of nature may vary in size and quality. Binchotan can break during boiling, which does not effect it’s performance, therefore broken or cracked Binchotan will not be replaced or refunded. If you have altered or used a product in any way which may be deemed as misuse, the right to invoke lack of conformity is annulled. In the event of a complaint with the period of 7-24 months after purchase, you must prove that an error was present at the time of purchase. In any event, please contact Sort of Coal before returning the product.
Sales to Business
Businesses do not have the right to regret a purchase. The right to evoke lack of conformity is limited to a one-year period.
Force majeure
Sort of Coal/Rensense ApS shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Sort of Coal/Rensense ApS liability for death or personal injury as a result of Sort of Coal/Rensense ApS negligence.

Sort of Coal/Rensense Aps places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security systems to safeguard your data. In addition, Shop.sortofcoal.com is protected by a Verisign SSL Certificate ensuring all data you send through, including your credit/debit card number, name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is securely transmitted over the internet.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Sort of coal/Rensense aps shall be governed by Danish Law and you and Sort of Coal/Rensense ApS submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Generelt om køb
Levering sker ugentligt altså højst 5 hverdage efter bestilling. Med mindre andet er anført, så er varen altid på lager. Der tages forbehold for trykfejl, prisændringer, udsolgte varer eller leverandørsvigt.

Sikker betaling
Sort of Coal butikken er godkendt hos PBS, der varertager alle net-betalinger i Europa samt til USA , og vi modtager betaling fra følgende kort/services: Dankort og VISA/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. Du kan se logoerne nederst på siden. Du kan desuden betale ved bankindbetaling. Alle priser er inklusiv moms og angivet i DKK.
Forsendelse
Sort of Coal web-butikken bruger Post Danmark A/S til forsendelse af varer samt i tilfælde af større ordre bruger vi DSV. Der sendes til adresser i EU samt USA. Alle varer sendes som maxibrev eller pakke. Halve paller sendes med DSV. Pakker kan spores på Post Danmarks hjemmeside. Track-and-trace-nummer modtager du via e-mail når pakken sendes.
Forsendelse til adresser i Danmark koster 20 kr /2,7 euro for maxibrev ( 0-1000 g) og 65 kr/ 8,7 euro for forsigtig postpakke (over 2000 g). Valg af forsendelse afgøres på baggrund af varens vægt og i nogle tilfælde også kvalitet og forsigtighedskrav.
Fortrydelsesfrist
Du har 14 dages fortrydelsesfrist efter forbrugeraftaleloven. Fristen regnes som udgangspunkt fra den dag, du har fået varen eller den første levering.
INDEN udløbet af fortrydelsesfristen skal du have tilbagesendt varen til Sort of Coal. Du skal selv betale omkostninger ifm. returnering af varen. Betingelse for at fortryde aftalen: Du skal tilbagelevere varen i samme stand og mængde, som da du modtog den og i forsvarlig indpakning. Fortrydelsesretten bortfalder, hvis du bruger varen på en måde som forringer varens salgsværdi væsentligt.

Reklamationsret
Du har som forbruger 2 års reklamationsret. Sort of coals varer er kvalitetsprodukter, men er naturprodukter og kan varierer i størrelse og kvalitet. . Binchotan kan knække i forbindelse med kogning, hvilket ikke forandre funktionen og derfor byttes knækkede Binchotan ikke. Har du tilpasset eller anvendt en vare på en måde, som skønnes som misbrug, bortfalder reklamationsretten. Såfremt du reklamerer 7-24 måneder efter varens modtagelse, skal du bevise, at fejlen var til stedet ved købstidspunktet. Kontakt Sort of Coal inden varen sendes.
Salg til erhverv
Der er ingen fortrydelsesret for erhvervsdrivende, og reklamationsretten er begrænset til 1 år.
